General
  1. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It is never sold, given away, or shared with anyone, unless we’re required to by law.
  2. We do not send promotional messages to you unless you explicitly request to receive them.
  3. We do not use any supplied information for anything other than the use for which you supplied it.
Promotional Email
  1. From time to time, we send a “Simple News” email newsletter to registered users who affirmatively select the “opt-in” checkbox in their account settings for “Yes, send me Simple News.” We do not automatically send this newsletter to all users.
  2. If you opt-in to any email from Digital Simple then change your mind you can click the “unsubscribe link” that we include in every newsletter to remove yourself from that list.
Requesting a quote / Asking a question
  1. When you request a quote or submit a question, your information will only be used for it’s intended purpose.  You will not be added to the customer database or considered a customer of Simple by submitting either of these forms.
  2. You will not be added to our mailing list unless you select that option.
  3. When asking a question: whichever level of credit you choose – First name only, Full name, Name and link or Anonymous – will be respected whenever and wherever we publish your question and our answer.
  4. When requesting a quote you will be contacted directly by a Digital Simple representative.
Automatic Emails
  1. You will receive an automatic email message when you use any form on DigitalSimple.info.  These emails are sent for the purpose of confirming your form submission and for your records.

Please note that our Privacy Policy is under development and could change without notice at any time.  If you’ve provided information to Digital Simple while this policy is under development (2009-09-15 through 2009-11-01) we will apply the most restrictive published policy to your information.  Any email subscribers will be notified of our published policy on or before November 1, 2009.
